The outer EVA shell is cold-pressed to a uniform wall thickness of 18–22mm with a closed-cell foam density of 38–42 kg/m³. Closed-cell structure prevents moisture ingress and convective heat transfer. Inner cavity surface is lined with 3mm microfiber for secondary insulation and product protection.
